8yearsold Phones Outfit

I drew this on a Doll like Figure because The 5-8 year old Phones Isn't finished yet.
Anyway This is the basic design of the Clothes that Phones and some other kids had to wear in this Training Camp that His dad Left him in before completely abandoning him without a second thought.
It's basically a colored shirt with a Number on it that represents who you are, It sometimes is too big but Phones was able to grow into his clothes. The Bandanna/Handkerchief/Whatever on his arm is there to stop an Injury he got in the first few weeks at his new "Home", The Girl he was Partnered up with treated it and told him not to take it off.
The Necklace he has shows how much he hates somebody, it was created by his dad and works with a 80% accuracy. Whenever Phones Thinks about his dad it becomes fully Black, but when he thinks about the person in charge it's 50% black.
In the Pressent-ish time, Phones Has locked this thing in a box somewhere in his house and Thrown away the key for unknown reasons.
