Here's the trick...

I decided to draw Chip for Halloween over in Australia since I haven't drawn the poor guy in ages and I figure it'd be nice to have him enjoy himself just for a bit. Like most demons, spirits, Imps, monsters or whatnot, Chip actually get's stronger and more active on the holiday Halloween, even to the point where he's able to regrow his broken horn so that he can use his powers again...in which was used so that he'd be able to participate in trick'or'treating this year. Donning the appearance of a kid, Chip goes house to house trying something he'd always wanted to do but never able to since he hadn't heard about it when he was little and his horns had been snapped when he did learn about it.

Now...Yes I did redesign him, more or less it's the scar like patterns on him and his new horns that are new...the halloween outfit he's wearing is actually based on his army uniform from when he was still helping out the king's forces of his world and the Claws and Feet are side effects from when both of his horns are fully grown and the exact size. If anyone knows about Chip it's that he's completely powerless if his horns are imbalanced due to the fact instead of his tail holding a portion of his magic, his horns practically hold all of it...90% of it to be exact. If anyone knows his backstory...they'd know that the king himself snapped off one of his horns crippling him to the point where he could have died without help. and yeah...Happy Halloween...?
