Overn returns

The only character of my list that still exists in that broken world created by myself when I was going slightly bonkers, the story basically is that everyone else was erased from that plane of existence to start anew elsewhere...but Overn stayed behind because he didn't want to lose Millennia of memories of his time alive. So he made a deal with the remaining Gods in which if he spent a decade alone in the empty space of which was all that's left of his world, he would be allowed to sacrifice a chunk of his power which is basically limited only to the world he was born in to move across to other worlds. The star on his cheek is actually his second in command who was frozen in a cursed ice turned into some kind of familiar using his magic so that she wouldn't get erased completely from existence, in addition to the deal...he'd be able to bring her back into existence in certain worlds which magic is abundant in alive and well as his partner.
