Tablet Practice

Sorry about the rushed picture, I just started using a tablet again after moving to the new laptop.
Unfortunately I had no real time to focus on doing anything better like I would have using a pencil,
This picture is also slightly outdated since This character has actually lost his Blue jacket during a fight.
Anyway if someone can figure out a better design for an outfit that'd actually suit this character,
Please tell me and if possible show me...I'm not the best at Clothing or Armor to be honest.
